How much does the service cost?

There are 3 different packages to choose from (Bronze/Silver/Gold) all with different benefits and at different monthly price points. Prices for each package will be covered during the free discovery call.

Do I need access to a gym?

Being able to go to a gym and use all of the specialist equipment is definitely an advantage, but not necessary to join the Bodysmith Coaching team. Plans can be created to suit your situation, whether that is in a gym, using equipment at home, or not using any equipment at all.

Do I need to have any experience?

Absolutely not. No experience is required to join the Bodysmith Coaching team and plans can be tailored to match any level of experience, whether you're a seasoned veteran in the gym, or have never picked up a dumbbell before.

How long will it take to start seeing results?

This depends on the individual as everyone is different. However, as long as you stick to the outlined plan and give your best effort to the process; results can be noticed in as little as a few weeks.

How do you build the plan?

After our consultation call, you'll fill out a more in depth form with all of the information I'll need to make you an in depth plan to get you on your way to achieving your goals.

How often is the plan updated?

'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' rings true here. If you are getting results and you're happy with the plan, then there is no need to change anything. However, if changes are needed; these changes can be made weekly or monthly (depending on your choice of package).

Do I need a laptop or computer?

Having a laptop or desktop computer might make things easier when filling out and accessing your Bodysmith Hub, but it is not required as a phone can be used to do everything you need for the coaching service.

Do I need to take any supplements?

No. Within your plan I may make certain suggestions on supplements that I think will benefit your health and fitness goals, but these are only suggestions and are not necessary.

How does payment work?

Payment is accepted via PayPal. You will be provided with a link for direct payment to make things as easy as possible.
